Job Summary
Guide store guests through home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm while delivering cordial, respectful service. Accurately process sales orders, handle credit applications, and address customer concerns independently. Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation, and assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned to performance standards while maintaining a visible presence at the front desk. This role rewards world-class service in a fast-paced environment where you help guests design rooms they will love to live in.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
