Job Summary
Deliver world-class service by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, engaging guests cordially, and guiding them through home furnishings to inspire room designs. Process sales orders accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, and address customer concerns independently. Support store operations through opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists, while participating in inventory management and loss prevention procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, ability to lift 25 lbs, and at least one year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
