Job Summary
Deliver world-class service by maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk, engaging guests, and guiding them through Ashley's home furnishings to help them design rooms they love. Accurately process sales orders, handle credit applications, and reconcile cash during store opening and closing while adhering to all protocols. Address customer concerns independently and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs and performance standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. This role rewards entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
