Job Summary
Process sales orders, handle cash, and assist customers with credit applications while maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to engage guests, address concerns independently, and guide them through product discovery. Support store operations by managing opening and closing activities, performing cash reconciliation, and participating in inventory checks and loss prevention procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with performance standards. Flexible hours required, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
