Job Summary
Greet guests at the retail showroom, assess their lifestyle needs, and present home furnishing options to help clients design their living spaces. Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and ensure their satisfaction while marketing new sales events. Maintain continuous professional development in product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions. This role offers a $15–$18.63 hourly rate with weekly pay, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates. Top producers earn up to $100,000 annually through monthly incentives and commissions. Full-time scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with comprehensive training and mentoring provided for all new hires.
