Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers. As the expert on home furnishings, you guide guests, create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and help them design rooms they will love. Provide outstanding service at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, and maintain documentation of transactions. Address customer concerns independently, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
