Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture, you drive world-class service and guide store guests to discover home furnishings that reflect their lives. You’ll transform guests into loyal customers, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales and financing documents with accuracy, assist with inventory and loss prevention, support opening/closing duties, and strive to meet/exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Knowledge of credit applications and financing matters, strong product knowledge, and an outgoing, customer-focused communication style are key. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, teamwork, flexible weekend/holiday availability, reliable attendance, and alignment with Ashley’s values and benefits program.
