Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering world-class service, guiding guests in selecting home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, processing sales transactions, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities, and participating in inventory and loss prevention while working toward sales KPIs and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
