Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture — transform store guests into loyal customers as the expert on home furnishings. Drive world-class service, help guests discover styles for their rooms, process sales and financing, handle cash and documentation, assist with opening/closing, support inventory/loss prevention, meet sales goals and KPIs, and participate in training and incentive programs in a fast-paced sales environment.
