Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by guiding product selection and creating inspiration for home rooms. You will deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales orders with cash handling, assist with financing and credit applications, participate in store opening/closing tasks, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining an enthusiastic, high-energy customer experience. The role requires effective communication, the ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays), and a passion for lifestyle retail and home furnishings.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
