Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers, providing world-class service, guiding customers to discover home furnishings and design rooms they will love, processing sales and handling cash and financing matters, supporting store openings/closings and inventory loss prevention, and meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, 18+, and able to work flexible hours including weekends; benefits and incentive opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
