Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings to inspire designs guests will love. You deliver world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales orders with cash handling, assist guests with credit applications and financing, and document sales transactions. You independently address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while performing any additional management-assigned tasks. The role requires flexibility to work with weekends and holidays and legally to work in the US, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
