Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by serving as the in-store expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about products, and guiding guests to design rooms they will love. Deliver world-class service, maintain an engaging front desk presence, process sales and financing matters with proper documentation, address customer concerns independently, assist with opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. The role requires a customer-service mindset, outgoing communication, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in scheduling. Benefits and training are provided as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
