Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include guiding store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, delivering world-class service, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting guests with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, participating in inventory checks, and meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle retail environment.
