Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, transform store guests into loyal customers. You guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm about Ashley’s products, and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, processing sales orders with cash handling protocols, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities, aiding in inventory management and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requirements include legal work authorization in the US, 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 IBS, high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and some customer service/sales experience (preferred). Strong communication, a personable approach, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and reliable attendance are valued.
Required Qualifications

- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
