Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products while delivering world-class service. You’ll help guests discover styles for their rooms, process sales orders with cash handling protocols, assist with financing matters, support inventory and loss prevention, participate in store opening/closing tasks, and strive to meet and exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial, customer-focused selling, effective communication, and maintaining a welcoming brand image to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
