Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in Cottage Lake, WA. You guide guests, create inspiration and enthusiasm about Ashley’s home furnishings, and help customers find styles that reflect their lives. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash according to protocols, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI standards. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and a focus on exceptional customer service and effective communication. Required Qualifications
