Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers as the store’s home-furnishings expert. Create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, guide guests to discover styles for their spaces, and deliver world-class service. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, participating in inventory checks, aiding in loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPI standards, and performing additional tasks as needed. Key skills include strong communication, a customer-first attitude, ability to energize and motivate guests, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
