Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections and creating inspiration around how rooms can reflect customers' lives. You’ll deliver world-class service from a front-desk presence, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, and maintain thorough documentation of transactions. You’ll address customer concerns independently, participate in cash reconciliation and daily checklists, support inventory management and loss prevention, and contribute to bi-annual inventory checks. You’ll strive to meet and exceed sales goals while aligning with KPI standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is required to succeed in this role.
