Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them to the right home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include providing outstanding service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash, addressing customer concerns, supporting store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, assisting with inventory management and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals (KPI), and participating in additional tasks as assigned. Key skills include customer engagement, product knowledge, effective communication, upselling, teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
