Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture guides store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products. You’ll help guests discover styles that reflect their lives, process sales orders with cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, support inventory and loss prevention, participate in opening/closing activities, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
