Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections. You’ll create inspiration and enthusiasm around Ashley’s products, deliver world-class service at the front desk, assist with cash handling and financing matters, support inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll engage with guests, maintain a welcoming presence, process sales transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive store experience that reflects the brand’s image.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
