Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service, guiding guests through home furnishings selections, and creating inspiration and excitement around products. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash according to protocols, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation, aiding inventory and loss prevention efforts, and striving to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and maintain reliable attendance. Legally authorized to work in the US; at least 18 years old; HS diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
