Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture; transform store guests into loyal customers. As the expert on home furnishings, you guide guests, create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, help customers discover styles that reflect their lives, and design rooms they will love. Provide outstanding service at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, maintain cash handling protocols, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role requires being legally eligible to work in the US, 18+, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and prior customer service/sales experience is valued.
