Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers as the expert on home furnishings. Create inspiration and enthusiasm, guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, and help design rooms customers will love. Deliver world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales orders with cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, and document sales transactions. Independently address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and aim to meet/exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs and performance standards. Additional duties as assigned. Requires legal work authorization in the US, age 18+, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
