Job Summary
As a Sales Team Member at Ashley Furniture, you guide guests through the store to help them discover styles and rooms they will love, delivering world-class service, handling sales orders, aiding with financing as needed, and supporting opening/closing activities, inventory, and loss prevention. You’ll engage customers with enthusiasm, maintain a professional presence at the front desk, meet sales goals, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while upholding Ashley’s brand image and customer experience. The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
