Job Summary
In-store role transforming guests into loyal Ashley Furniture customers by providing world-class service. As a Sales Team Member, guide guests through Ashley’s home-furnishings offerings, help them discover styles, and assist with financing and cash handling. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk, processing sales orders, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Requires flexible hours including weekends/holidays and a high-energy, customer-focused approach to drive store performance.
