Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in Longwood, FL. Drive world-class service and transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through Ashley’s home furnishings, helping them discover styles that reflect their lives, and contributing to a high-energy, KPI-driven sales environment. Responsibilities include processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, be 18+, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
