Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, handling cash according to protocols, addressing customer concerns, aiding in opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and helping meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, professional store presence.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
