Job Summary
As Retail Sales Associate, guide store guests and become the expert on home furnishings. Create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives and rooms they will love. Deliver world-class service, process sales transactions with cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, and maintain thorough documentation. Support store opening/closing activities, inventory management, and loss prevention. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; engage with guests with an outgoing, friendly demeanor and contribute to a positive brand image.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
