Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings; create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, help guests discover styles for their rooms, and meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Provide outstanding service at the front desk, process sales orders with cash handling, assist with financing applications, support inventory and loss prevention, participate in opening/closing activities, and collaborate with management to deliver world-class service while maintaining attendance and flexibility (weekends/holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
