Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service, guiding guests on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products, processing sales orders with cash handling and financing as needed, addressing customer concerns, participating in store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
