Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives. You will deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, process sales orders with cash handling, assist customers with credit applications and financing, contribute to inventory and loss prevention activities, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI standards. This role emphasizes customer engagement, communication, and the ability to convey information in a motivating manner while maintaining reliability and a positive brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
