Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections with inspiration, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge. You provide world-class service at the front desk, handle sales transactions and financing matters, address customer concerns independently, assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
