Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture in University Place, WA. Drive world-class service to transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration and enthusiasm, and helping customers design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include providing outstanding service at the front desk, processing sales and financing applications with adherence to cash handling protocols, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and aiming to meet/exceed sales goals while following KPI standards. Requires ability to work flexible hours, maintain dependable attendance, and effectively communicate to motivate customers.
