Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales and financing matters, handling cash, assisting with store opening/closing, supporting inventory and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and collaborating with management on additional tasks. Must be able to engage customers, communicate effectively, and maintain reliable attendance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, employee discounts, and incentive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
