Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, guiding guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, and helping them design rooms they will love. Thrive in delivering world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales transactions with cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, support store opening/closing activities, participate in bi-annual inventory, and strive to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
