Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about products, and helping customers design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling compliance, assisting with credit applications and financing, resolving customer concerns independently, supporting opening/closing activities and daily cash reconciliation, participating in inventory and loss prevention processes, and striving to meet/exceed sales goals and KPI standards. Requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
