Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture transform store guests into loyal customers. You guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPI standards. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, energetic sales professionals with a passion for lifestyle retail and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
