Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture — transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings choices and creating inspiration for rooms they will love. You’ll deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales and financing paperwork, assist with cash handling and daily reconciliations, support inventory and loss prevention efforts, meet sales goals and KPIs, and help with store opening/closing tasks. The role requires strong customer interaction, energy, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous customer service or sales experience is valued. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
