Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests through the shopping journey, acting as the expert on home furnishings to inspire, excite, and help customers design rooms they love. You provide world-class service at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, address concerns independently, and participate in store-opening/closing activities, inventory checks, and loss-prevention procedures. You’ll aim to meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI standards, and respond to customers with friendly, motivating communication while maintaining a welcoming store presence and supporting overall brand image.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
