Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service, guiding guests in home furnishings selections, and creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling cash and financing matters, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, and striving to meet/exceed sales goals while aligning to KPI standards. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
