Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for guiding store guests, transforming them into loyal customers, and delivering a world-class service experience. You’ll act as the expert on home furnishings, help guests discover styles for their rooms, process sales transactions and cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, support inventory and loss prevention, participate in opening/closing activities, and aim to meet/exceed sales goals while embodying the brand’s values in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
