Job Summary
Guide store guests to discover Ashley’s home furnishings, delivering world-class service and driving sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As the expert on products, you’ll create inspiration and help guests design rooms they will love, process sales transactions with cash handling, assist with financing and credit applications, support inventory and loss-prevention activities, participate in opening/closing duties, and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence while meeting and exceeding KPI targets and sales goals.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
