Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture who guides store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about products, and helping guests design rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals aligned to KPIs, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requires 18+ and legal US work authorization; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; strong communication and customer-service orientation.
