Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for guiding store guests from inquiry to purchase, delivering world-class service, processing sales transactions, assisting with financing as needed, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing duties, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and striving to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs. Must be legally eligible to work in the US, 18+, able to lift 25 lbs, and capable of flexible weekend/holiday hours. The role emphasizes creating inspiration and excitement around Ashley’s home furnishings and helping guests design rooms they will love.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
