Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm, and helping them design rooms they will love. You’ll deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales and financing documents, assist with cash handling, participate in inventory and loss prevention activities, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role emphasizes customer engagement, effective communication, and a proactive, friendly demeanor to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
