Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture – guide store guests to select home furnishings with enthusiasm and expert product knowledge. Drive world-class service, process sales and financing transactions, assist with cash handling and daily cash reconciliation, support inventory and loss prevention, and help meet and exceed store KPI sales goals. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays and maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk; requires strong communication, customer service, and a collaborative, energetic approach to helping customers design rooms they will love.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
