Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture tasked with transforming store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration and excitement about products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, handling sales transactions and cash/credit processes, assisting with financing matters, addressing customer concerns, supporting store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding inventory and loss prevention efforts, and maintaining a reliable attendance record. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays, and legally being able to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
