Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for guiding store guests from introduction to purchase by showcasing home furnishings, creating inspiration, and delivering world-class service. Act as the expert on product styles, assist guests with financing and credit applications, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, handle cash procedures, participate in opening/closing duties, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
